MatchScore provides an AI-powered dating profile analysis service. By using this service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
By using this service, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement and to use dating apps.
3. User Responsibilities
- You may only upload images of yourself or images you have explicit permission to use.
- You may NOT upload images of other people without their consent.
- You may NOT use this service to harass, bully, or harm others.
- Uploading illegal, obscene, or harmful content is strictly prohibited.
4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
The analysis provided by our AI is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Scores and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and should not be taken as absolute truth or professional advice. Results may vary and are subjective.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are one-time, per analysis.
- Payments are processed through Stripe (cards) and Mercado Pago (PIX).
- If the AI analysis fails after payment, you will receive a full refund or a free re-analysis.
- We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with AI-generated results.
6. Intellectual Property
The MatchScore brand, scoring algorithm, and analysis methodology are proprietary. You may share your results but may not reverse-engineer the scoring system.
7. Limitation of Liability
MatchScore is not liable for any decisions made based on AI analysis results. Use the service at your own discretion.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of your region.
